TradeBeacon provides TradingView indicators, automated trading bot signals, Discord community access, and related educational content. Our Services are tools to assist with trading — they do not constitute financial advice.
Access to our Services requires a paid monthly subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or Stripe customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Trading futures, options, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of our indicators and autotrading bots does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.
TradeBeacon is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Our tools and content are for educational and informational purposes only. Always do your own research and consider your financial situation before making trading decisions.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use our TradingView indicators and bot signals. You may not redistribute, resell, or share access to our tools. One TradingView account per subscription.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer our indicators or bot logic; share login credentials or indicator access; use our Services for any unlawful purpose; disrupt our community or harass other members.
TradeBeacon shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, system downtime, or other damages arising from your use of our Services. Our indicators and bots are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
